REGISTRATION SEQUENCE / step by step
1 STAGE:
APPLY TO CONTEST & EXHIBITION
(until December 14, 2023 inclusive)
The author registers his works in form: "REGISTER ARTWORKS FOR THE COMPETITION AND EXHIBITION". The Organizing Committee confirms the conformity of the nomination and sends a link to pay the registration fee.
2 STAGE:
ENTRY FEE PAYMENT
The Organizing Committee confirms the compliance of the submitted works with the competitive nominations and sends a link to pay the registration fee.
The cost of participation can be viewed in the section:
"Entry Fee".
After payment, the author sends a receipt or screenshot to info@zooarts.ru
3 STAGE:
confirmation
After the organizing committee receives a copy of the payment, which the author must send to info@zooarts.ru , the submitted works are included in the list of participants in the competition and exhibition.
The Organizing Committee confirms the inclusion of works in the exhibition and the competition. (the author receives a notification from the organizing committee).
4 STAGE:
Information for FULL-time participants:
Authors participating in person prepare works confirmed by the organizing committee for the exhibition.
1) the author fills in and prints the label (download in Word, PDF format);
2) the author should attach the labels in the lower right corner, on the front side (it is possible to attach them to a stretcher or frame);
3) prepares works for exposure on vertical panels. It is necessary to check the presence of fasteners, hooks, grommets or nails for which the works will be hung on a rope). Volumetric works should have stands or devices that prevent the art object from filling up
4) The author fills in the "Transfer Certificate Card" (download in Word, PDF format). This card is a documentary confirmation of the delivery of an art object to the exhibition.
Information for ONLINE participants:
The Organizing Committee will print out all correspondence papers and place them in the exposition as follows (DETERMINED BY THE AUTHOR):
1) in art book: printing on A3 paper - 29.5*42 cm.
2) in the frame: printing on A3 paper and framing 50*40 cm.
3) on foam board:
a) printing on foam board A3
b) printing on foam board A2
c) printing on foam board A1
d) printing on foam board A0
Made photocopies on foam cardboard are provided to the author after the exhibition is completed for free (they will be stored in the organizing committee for 2 weeks)
5 STAGE:
Information for FULL-time participants:
Competitive works are submitted to the exhibition.
Two points of acceptance of works for the exhibition:
moscow:
1) submission of works to the organizing committee (in advance): the author brings the works to the Organizing Committee until June 20, 2023 (2 Serafimovich str., Yunost club, Moscow (metro station "Borovitskaya", "Polyanka", "Oktyabrskaya radial")
a) delivery of works to the exhibition (on the day of the exhibition formation 22 June, 2023): the author personally brings the works to the site (Kievskaya str., 2, TGC "Kievsky", Moscow (metro station "Kievskaya")
The cost of transportation to the exhibition is:
- 300 rubles. one way (for members of the Eurasian Art Union);
- 600 rubles one way (for non-members of the Eurasian Art Union).
MINSK
Minsk: the author submits the works to the Minsk representative office of the organizing committee in advance until June 17, 2023, at the address: Minsk, Storozhevskaya str., 8 (1st entrance), workshops (preliminary call: +375 44 77 999 68, +375 17 230 51 33).
The cost of transportation to the exhibition (Minsk-Moscow-Minsk) is:
- 1200 Russian rubles one way (for members of the Eurasian Art Union);
- 1600 Russian rubles one way (for non-members of the Eurasian Art Union)
Please note: It is possible to join the Eurasian Art Union and pay a smaller amount (fill out a questionnaire for joining the EXC)
Information for ONLINE participants
Correspondence participants will be sent a link to the broadcast of the opening of the exhibition.
Correspondence authors have the right to attend master classes and all programs of the exhibition (opening, closing)
