The projects "THE PETS" are two independent international projects, including an exhibition, a fair, a competition and an art show. As part of the project, numerous master classes on drawing a cat or dog will be held. The jury of the projects includes well-known authors-animalists, representatives of dog breeders' clubs and cat lovers, breeders-winners of various competitions. Geography of participants and jury members - the entire Eurasian continent

The International Competition of Animal Art "THE PETS" was established by the World Foundation for the Arts, with the support of the Eurasian Art Union, with the aim of promoting animal art worldwide, opening a wide view of several interpretations of various techniques beyond any geographical boundary. The project is aimed at promoting humanistic ideas in the field of animal welfare, distributing animal-oriented works and exchanging cultures among authors of all nationalities in order to help talented people get new perspectives and additional opportunities.

The theme of the contest is free, the submitted works can be written by any available means.

PROJECT PROGRAM

exhibition
The exhibition of the project participants is held at a large exhibition site in Moscow - in the Exhibition Hall of the Moscow Union of Artists.

contest
All participants of the exhibition simultaneously participate in the competition, which is evaluated by jury members from more than 10 countries around the world

fair
All works participating in the competition and exhibition program are for sale. The author independently determines the value of his work. Organizing committee commission - 20% (for sale during the exhibition period)

participants
Authors from any country of the world take part in the projects.

JURY / EXPERT COUNCIL

The Expert Council (jury) consists of well-known animal authors, representatives of dog breeders' and cat lovers' clubs, breeders-winners of various competitions. The Expert Council includes the following professional groups: leaders of international communities of animal artists, well-known and successful animal artists, winners of art competitions, as well as art historians, gallery owners and curators.

The jury evaluates the works according to a 10-point system. The scores are summed up and the arithmetic mean score is determined.
