FORMS OF PARTICIPATION There are two forms of participation:
The exhibition provides two forms of presentation of works - originals and photocopies (full-time and correspondence participation):
a) full-time participation (originals of works): the authors provide works designed for the exhibition.
b) correspondence participation (photocopies of works): works that the author cannot provide in the original, the organizing committee prints, draws up and places in the exposition.
These forms of participation have equal rights. All works are exhibited at the exhibition and evaluated by the jury. Full-time and part-time participants send the same set of materials!
REGISTRATION SEQUENCE
Stage 1:
Registration deadline: until December 14, 2023
1 REGISTRATION METHOD (main):
The author registers his works in electronic form: "REGISTER WORKS FOR THE COMPETITION AND EXHIBITION". The Organizing Committee confirms the conformity of the nomination and sends a link to pay the registration fee. The cost of participation can be viewed in the section "Organizational contributions". After payment, the author sends a receipt or screenshot to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ; After the organizing committee receives a copy of the payment, the submitted works are included in the list of participants in the competition and exhibition (the author receives a notification from the organizing committee and labels for works with a number).
METHOD 2: You need to send by email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. the following material:
1) Participant's questionnaire (download in Word, PDF format)
2) Labels for each art object (download in Word, PDF format);
3) Photo of the author (at least 3x4 cm in size);
4) Photo images of competitive works (at least 200 dpi, no more than 20 MB, Image files of your works must be in JPG format);
5) A copy or screenshot of the entrance fee payment. You can view the cost of participation in the section:

After the author has sent the registration materials to the Organizing Committee, he receives a notification from the administrator about enrollment in the competition.
Stage 2
(for full-time participants):
Preparation of art objects for display at the exhibition
After the organizing committee confirms participation in the exhibition, the author downloads labels for each art object (download in Word, PDF format), prints them out and places them in the lower right corner. Labels can be attached both to a stretcher or canvas, and to decorative elements (frames, stands, etc.).
Stage 3
(for face-to-face work):
Competitive works are submitted to the exhibition. Three points of acceptance of works for the exhibition:
1) in Moscow, directly to the exhibition, to the gallery "Art Commune in the Kievsky Shopping Mall" (Moscow, Kievskaya str., 2, 4th floor). Check-in for the installation of the exhibition is carried out on December 18, 2023 (11:00-15:00), at: Moscow, Kievskaya str., 2, 4th floor, Art-Commune Gallery.
2) in Moscow, the preliminary meeting in the organizing committee, until December 16, 2023 (17 Andropova Ave., building 1, Moscow, Eurasium Gallery).
3) in Minsk: works are accepted at the address: Minsk, Storozhevskaya str., 8 (1st entrance), workshops (preliminary call: +375 44 77 999 68, +375 17 230 51 33), the deadline for accepting works in Minsk: until December 11, 2023.
The exhibited competitive works (full-time) must contain:
a) a label (in the lower right corner, on the front side)
b) the attachment forms, hooks, grommets or nails necessary for suspension. Volumetric works should have stands and devices that prevent the art object from filling up
c) "Card-transfer act" (download in Word, PDF format). This card is a documentary confirmation of the delivery of an art object to the exhibition.
Please note that all submitted works may be available for sale.
Dimensions:
The two-dimensional dimensions of the work cannot exceed 200 centimeters on the larger side.
For planar works, an additional coefficient has been introduced: if the canvas size is more than 100 cm on the larger side, an additional payment equal to 100% of the cost is charged.
